In 2017 I obtained my own license to rehabilitate bats, my passion for animals and rescue started when I was very young and I volunteered for six years at a local wildlife center. After attending school for wildlife conservation and natural resource management I worked with a friend and fellow rehabber to get experience and move towards my goal of starting this home run bat rehabilitation facility.
Our Mission
Our mission is to educate the public on these brilliant and wonderful little creatures and to provide a hope of safe rescue and rehabilitation to animals that would otherwise have none. My ultimate goal with each and every animal taken in is to repair injuries, treat sickness, and release these animals back into the wild. Under no circumstances are bats pets and they should never be treated as such. If you have found an animal in need please contact a licensed rehabber near you.
“We shall never achieve harmony with land, any more than we shall achieve absolute justice or liberty for people. In these higher aspirations, the important thing is not to achieve but to strive. ”
What We STRIVE FOR
To rescue injured, sick and orphaned animals and return them to health so they may in turn return to the wild.
To educate the public about the need for wildlife awareness and what each species can provide for the betterment of the earth and mankind.
